Elsa is 2 years old and weighs 55lbs. She is an amazing dog with a lot of love to give; she does wonderfully with her 16-month-old human sister and with her feline sibling as well. She hasn't been spayed, is not up to date on her vaccines, nor is she microchipped. She does know how to sit upon command, roams freely throughout the home, and sleeps on the couch at night; she does have a fear of new people, but then calms down. Elsa also has separation anxiety; also, she has car sickness.
BITE INCIDENT: In May 2022, Elsa bit her female canine sibling, who required stitches; Animal Control was not involved.
Elsa's current guardian states the following reasons for surrender: "Elsa is an amazing dog with a lot of love to give; she does wonderful with our 16 month old daughter and has been great with our cat as well. We have not had the finances to provide the proper veterinary care such as vaccines or getting her spayed and have not done any formal training. The main reason we are rehoming her is she has some dominance issues with our female corgi and has bitten her before. We believe in a single dog family or with a male dog she would do amazing."
Elsa's current guardian states the following about children: She lives with a 16-month-old child who she loves very much, but has not been around any other children outside her home.

Elsa's current guardian states the following about cats: She lives with a cat but has never been around them outside the home, so the guardian recommends her living with cat(s).
Elsa's current guardian describes her new ideal home: "We would love Elsa to go to a loving home that has only her as a dog or with only a male dog."
