Ned is one of our older boys at about 3 years old (as of 4/24) He was rescued by a volunteer from a Los Angeles city shelter where he had been for several months. Unfortunately the stress of the shelter unbonded him from his brother Tim. Tim was paired up and adopted last year and is totally thriving, we'd love to find the same for Ned!
He's a nice mellow boy, he will let you give him head scratchings in the cage and he loves snacks of all kinds, he will politely take them from your hand. He can get the whole room going with his joyous wheeks. With time, attention and love we just know he will live up to his full potential and be the best buddy you've ever had.
He will need to be paired up before adoption so if you're interested in Ned, please submit an application and we can move him to the top of the buddy priority list.
Once paired, we require a 4x2 C&C cage or a double midwest cage setup. The 4x2 C&C cage measures 56" x 27". Please see our Supply list for links to approved habitats: https://www.socalguineapigrescue.org/supplies-list

Our adoptable Guinea Pigs are cared for in homes by foster volunteers and our organization operates entirely on donations.
Our network spans the whole of Southern California and we work to serve every community throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County.
