My story

NOTE:  If you see this post, we are still taking applications.  If interested, please visit our site directly rather than going thru a search engine like PetFinder to show interest or fill out an app - they are not affiliated with us, we just post there and many other places.

Meet Jett!  Jett and her siblings are an unwanted litter born 5/24/22 from KY.  Mom is a shepherd mix on the smaller side and Dad is thought to be an australian shepherd.

Our girl Jett is the biggest of the girls and is a total tomboy.  Out of the crew, she's the only one with a little white on her nose so she's easy to pick out of the bunch.  She loves all toys (esp the noisy ones!).  She's a social butterfly though with her siblings having zero hesitation of starting play (or trouble LOL) with anyone willing to partake in 'go-time'.   Oh - & she's the queen of laying with her back legs out behind her (frog legs) when she's trying to cool off after a good play session.  She's a very happy pup just about all the time and her fostermom nicknamed her Wiggle Butt :)

She needs training at this point so if you are interested in making her a part of your home and have the time & patience to teach her how to be the perfect companion, visit our site ( to submit an application to be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:  Adopters must be within 2hrs driving distance, have recent dog experience, no young children please, and are home more often than not.
