Pedro has a sad past and is looking for a brighter future. His foster mom thinks he was abused when he was younger, likely involving kicking. He needs a patient owner in a home with no kids. He does get along with other dogs. Pedro isn't a big fan of being picked up and handled a lot, probably a result of his past life. He also has a heart murmur, but is not on any medications for it and is doing fine. If you have lots of love to give and willing to put the time in to help him overcome his obstacles, we'd love to hear from you.
