Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there, I'm a scruffy and loveable medium sized boy just looking for someone special. Hi – I’m Rico. I’m a 5 year old Schnauzer mix, around 47lbs. I am sweet and friendly with the smalls and the bigs hoomans and I love most dogs, but just like you, I can be a bit picky so I might take a little longer to warm up to some dogs. I hope you like loves and cuddles and playing and walking and giving me treats... cos' these are all the things I love. Don't be put off by my age, this just means I am over those crazy puppy years but still have lots and lots of life left to live - hopefully with you!
All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kenneled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment, and a health certificate for cross-state travel.
