On July 20th, my girlfriend saw a dog running around her front lawn on her security cameras. As we walked outside, the dog ran right up to me and was super hyper and playful. We tried contacting the police but with no luck. I didn't want to leave him roaming out and about in harms way so we brought him in for the night. The next day, we took him to a shelter to check for a microchip. Nothing. We brought him back home and named him Duke. He is quite the sweetheart to people especially when it’s snuggle time/ nighttime, and he loves to play. Duke is also a very quick learner and has picked up quite a few tricks in the short time we have housed him. We suspect the dog is about 1 year young based on his energetic behavior and youthful look. As much as it breaks our hearts, we have a small dog already who doesn’t get along with other animals, so Duke is in need of a forever home and a good family to give him plenty of love and belly rubs!
