Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Myrtle is a 6 year old German Shepherd that was confiscated from a breeder after being found living in deplorable conditions.
Myrtle is a very sweet and gentle girl who loves affection and seeks attention. She is good around other dogs, both big and small and can be very playful. Myrtle lacks a little confidence and would do best in a home with a confident, not dominant, other dog that can help her becomeconfident herself. A home with no other dog would be fine as well. Because she can be very timid, we feel a home with older children would be best. Myrtle is gentle and kind, her adopter must be as well.
*A fenced in yard is required.
Myrtle came to us with dry eye (KCS) and conjunctivitis that she is being treated for. She will likely require daily eye ointment for the KCS. She is housebroken, heartworm negative, spayed and up to date on all vaccines and preventions.
Myrtle is not only beautiful (her pictures don't do her justice), but she is sweet and loving. She is looking forward to starting the best life she has ever known.
