Hi! My name is Briggs. Briggs is from the Old English word bridges. I hope to bridge the gap between my neglect and what I am capable of becoming!
I am a two-year-old, 15 lb, cavapoo/cavashon? who has had a rough beginning. I need someone to help me bridge my fear of the unknown with the excitement of my new life. I love to be held and loved but still struggle relaxing during the affection.
Definitely, new people and new situations cause me concern. I’m looking for a calm, quiet house to give me the time to realize how amazing life can be as a loved member of a family. Please, I beg you, if you don’t want me in your bed, please don’t apply!! This is my comfort zone! This is where I relax the most and bond with my person.
I have been deprived of so much please don’t deprive me of this one thing I take such pleasure in. I have not had any accidents in the house or my crate but I go out frequently. I think having a small calm confident dog would help me learn the ropes of being a fun loving puppy.
I will need someone home more than not so I can work often on socialization and new experiences . I require a fenced in yard since walking on a leash is still very new for me.
