Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ivan is a purebred husky looking for a new home because his original owner (my brother) moved overseas. Ivan had a new home lined up but the adopters backed out a few days before my brother left and Ivan came to stay with me.
Ivan is fully housetrained and walks nicely on a leash. He is well-behaved for car rides, the vet, and groomers and enjoys going to the dog park. (He doesn't really know what to do with a pup cup though.) Ivan has a low energy level for a husky and overall very laid back and mellow. He enjoys running around the backyard or at a dog park but has "an off switch" when he is in the house. Ivan previously lived with two other huskies and two cats and got along well with all of them. He was also calm and well-behaved around toddlers and loved my niece.
My brother also had to leave his senior husky with me and she unfortunately passed away from old age. Since then he's been very quiet. He needs a new home where he can get the love and attention he deserves.
