If there's an Oscar to be won for happiest dog, look no more, I think it should go to me!

Hi there - I'm Oscar! I was found as a stray and dodging cars in Columbus, GA wearing an electric fence collar. Eventually my family was found and after years of owning me they told my finder they had two kids and I was better off with them. It didn't get me down though and I've been super happy and friendly in my foster home. Now, I'm in New Jersey waiting for my forever home!

I am dog friendly and also love kids (I've been in foster with 3!). I am house broken, crate trained and can even sit and shake! I am very low-maintenance and would be great in an apartment or a house, as long as there are no cats please! My foster parents describe me as very chill and perfect for a first-time dog owner! I would just be happy to be with you, going on the occasional adventure, giving you snuggles and kisses, showing you my big smile, wherever it may be. My foster mom laughs because she said the way I hold my mouth open when I smile looks like I have something to say. I am 7 years young and 43 pounds.
