We pulled Phineas from Manhattan ACC with a home lined up, but the adoption fell through, and Phineas landed at our Rescue Center instead. So, destiny has sent us on a new quest to find a home for Phineas. Phineas is a good boy: he loves hard, forms strong bonds, is loyal, affectionate, intelligent, and needs a moderate amount of exercise to stay happy and healthy.
