Meet Moon! This 1-year old incredibly gentle planetary princess came to us from local animal control after being found as a stray, where she was loved by everyone, human and canine alike. Moon reminds us of a bulldog with her loveable smushy face and little kinky tail. And her orbit is soooooo full of love! Moon loves to swim and to walk on leash, even sitting on her own when you come to a stop. She loves going for rides, jumping right into the car and immediately sticking her head out the window. She loves nylabones and squeaky toys. She especially loves every human she meets…even the mailman. Moon loves to eat, but especially loves snacking on peanut butter and cheese, and takes any and all treats with the softest of lips.

Moon is playful and chill all at the same time. She loves going for hikes. She can keep up for a 5 mile hike and would be content to keep going, but loves to crawl into your lap on the couch just as much. Moon loves dogs and has done phenomenal with every dog she met while at animal control. But…Moon apparently doesn’t love stringed instruments. She barks and dramatically leaves the room when her foster dad plays the guitar. She’s not a fan, which he says may speak more to his ability than anything. Due to her size and a lack of history, older kids would be best for this smart and friendly lunar lady. She has been known to hip check her foster family when she gets the zoomies
