My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mousy!
He has been in foster care since he was a wee kitten! He is now about 10 months old! This happy, easy-going guy had a severe eye infection which led to having one eye removed. His other eye is badly scarred but he may be able to see shadows. He really isn't bothered by his vison impairment and has no special needs. Mousy runs and jumps and plays with other kittens. He has no trouble finding his food or litter box and plays with toys and does everything a sighted kitten does. He likes to be held like a baby and have his head scratched. His favorite places to hang out are any soft bed and high up in the cat tree. If he does get disoriented, he meows: just call his name and he is fine. Mousy would do best in a home with another pet that he could pal around with.
Mousy is neutered, vaccinated and microchiped.

He has been patiently waiting for his furever home!

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers who are trying to make an impact on the feral cat and kitten population in our county. We are also expanding to rescue and foster puppies and dogs. We are foster based and run on donations and support of our community. Our rescued animals are carefully assessed and placed with an experienced foster. All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We also TNR and have barn cats available too.
