Meet Monty!

This little guy is about 14 weeks old and weighs 13 lbs. We think he may have Australian Shepherd / Australian Cattledog in his DNA, but that really is just a best guess. We believe with his size at this age he will probably be a medium size (40-50 lbs?) when he is full grown.

Monty is so fun and playful. He is doing well using a doggy door, but if you do not have one he will probably need some help learning to signal you when he needs to go outside. He plays great with other dogs. We do not know about cats. Because he is young he probably would do fine, but if he does have herding breeds in his mix he may want to herd cats (and toddlers!) so it may not be a great fit. It is hard to know that for sure.

We think Monty will make a great addition to the family who gives him his forever home.
