My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Suella is the ultimate lap dog, and snuggle buddy. There’s nothing more that she enjoys doing than hanging out with her person. She’s a great companion and a true canine buddy! Suella currently lives in a foster home with a few other dogs, and does fine with them but she would greatly enjoy being an only dog, so she could get ALL the attention.

Suella joined BAARK’s Safe House along with four other dogs. All were surrendered to a downstate animal control facility when their owner died and the family dumped them. Of course they were all very scared and confused. In time however Suella and her friends adjusted well to their new environments and companions.

Suella is believed to be a Chihuahua, possibly Beagle mix, weighing about 15 lbs. She’s 4-5 years old.

She is fully vetted, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on year-round heartworm prevention, spayed and microchipped.
