Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peanut was found as a stray near the Westside Clinic on West Point Road.
She is about a year old and she is a very good girl.
She will let you know when someone is at the door.
Peanut is a pistol. She is full of energy and she loves to run and play.
She gets along well with the other dogs here. She knows how to use the doggie door.
She will use the pee pads if she cannot go out the doggie door.
She will need to learn how to walk on a leash.
She likes to sleep in the bed and she will sit on your lap for a while. But she loves to play because she is still so young.
Her former owners moved away and just threw her and her sister outside they had to care for themselves. Poor Puppies was living out of the trash cans - and pregnant -so hungry.
She had to find food for herself and her sister. Then a neighbor found them - right after Peanut had given birth.
We were so happy we could help this baby and her 4 babies. Peanut was a super mother and she took great care of her pups. Then after the puppies were weaned - we got Peanut spayed and vetted so she could find her new forever home.
