My story

Roscoe is quite the hunk of love and half "derp" (that's a term of endearment) ~Super sweet, kinda shy, loves dogs of all sizes ~House and crate trained ~9.5 year old min-pin mix ~Has epilepsy, but he's well maintained on phenobarbital twice a day and that is working great. We've worked with our vets to ensure he's getting the best care and treatment. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. Our dogs are also heartworm negative (or we will cover their treatment). To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org/adoption-application) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet. Please be sure to check your spam folder often!November 30, 2023, 1:39 pm

More about this rescue

Our goal is to save dogs at the local shelters in the Dallas \ Fort Worth Metroplex from euthanasia and adopt them to the public. We spay / neuter these dogs as well as provide all necessary medical care. We also educate the public about responsible pet ownership. We love dogs and our goal is to reduce / eliminate euthanisias being done in this area by shelters due to overcrowding.
