Mack is a 9 month old Shar Pei mix. He was surrendered to a local vet because he had been hit by a car and his owners could not afford to treat his broken leg. The local vet reached out to us to help. Mack had his left hind leg amputated because it was broken in 3 places. He was neutered and vaccinated. He is heartworm negative. His amputation has healed and sutures removed. He had flea infestation upon arrival and he has been treated for that. His hair is growing back. He has been such a trooper through the whole process. His tail wags with everyone he meets, He loved the vet staff and was an ideal patient. He is a sweet boy who loves everyone and gets along with other dogs.
