My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

BOBBY SAYS,, "I'M THE CUTE ONE!"   Watch VIDEO below....
These pups were found abandoned under a bridge near Butler Oklahoma.  They are friendly with people and have lots of curiosity and energy.

The Breed best guess is the Mountain Cur  which is listed as a hunting and protection animal.  Their adult size is between 16 and 26 inches and 30 to 60 pounds.  There are stories that when a new territory was being settled, they would take a pregnant Mountain Cur so that the pups would provide protection to the new settlement.

Mountain Curs  are not a good choice for those who live in apartments because they require a lot of space and exercise. They’re also very intelligent and often times stubborn. These dogs do best with experienced pet parents who can assert their roles as leaders while being diligent with obedience training.   Mountain Curs, being avid hunters, have a high prey drive and as such, they may not be suitable for families with other small pets or small children

The breed is also known for "Extreme Intelligence".  Lots of potential for these puppies!  Needs secure fenced yard.

Additional adoption info

FRIENDS FOR LIFE

When you adopt an animal either a dog or a cat, you are taking on a lifetime commitment. Healthy dogs and cats live to between 10 and 15 years. To raise a pet properly, you must take on the care and treatment to the fullest extent. That means that you have to have annual checkups to ensure their health, all immunizations must be kept up to date, and they must have the proper diet. In addition, the animal must be protected by having a secure and safe place to live and a clean and dry place to sleep.

If you are willing to take on this commitment, then you can make application to adopt a pet.
