Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please meet Pepper who came to us from Bakersfield Animal Care Center where she was dumped with her sibling and mom. Pepper has been in foster care for the past several weeks and is now ready and eager for her forever home. Pepper's ideal home is with another playful young dog as once Pepper warms up to you she is ALL play. Her foster mom takes her to doggy daycare weekly and that is absolutely her happy place. She thrives with the companionship of other dogs and therefore must have at least 1 other young dog in her forever home. Pepper is initially unsure of people, new situations and sounds so it will be very important for her forever family to understand her timid personality initially and that It will take her time to warm up. Once she does, she is a complete love bug.
Pepper's forever home should have a secure yard, or she would be just as content in an apartment with a family who will give her plenty of opportunities for exercise and walks. If you are interested in making Pepper a forever member of your family please head over to our website www.roversretreat.org to fill out our adoption application.
Please note: Pepper is being fostered in Culver City and her adoption fee is $500.
