My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rock came with Hermosa, as an owner surrender at a local shelter. Soar saw they were used to a home, and took them to help with their adoption. They will require a securely fenced back yard with no holes/gaps. Hermosa especially as she is the fastest Chi in all the land and likes to stretch her legs daily and tell invisible intruders she will mess them up, lol! Rock requires a chihuahua savvy human who understands tough little guys. He is absolutely willing to bite a stranger if he's allowed to get away with it. It doesn't hurt, but he wouldn't do well in a home that doesn't know he thinks it's very important to protect his wife. Once he knows you (which is easy with chicken), he's over his toughie pie stuff and settles well, preferring to sleep under a blanket. They are low energy dogs and do well with pottying outside and love their crates. Speaking of crates, if he is in too long and must potty, he will aim perfectly in his water bowl or outside of his crate - so mess is strategically and definitely NOT in his condo, lol. Rock is delightful, even more so because you have to earn it!
