“The long and the short of it is” … my name is Duke and I desperately need a new family to live with forever and ever! I am a 4 year old Dachshund, long and lean, and a snuggling machine! I was surrendered to a very bad shelter in South TX but thankfully i was so cute someone saved me and fostered me til i could catch a ride to Big D. I thought originally ”Big D” was like a nickname for me ? but then i learned i was on my way to Dallas! I am loving life in my foster home but i know my new forever family has to be coming soon! If you can share my post it might help them find me faster! ??
