We had found a German shepherd stray that was in really rough shape back in May. She was about to get hit by cars and was severely overheated. We contacted shelters and we were about to start the process of getting her in with them, but unfortunately my grandma became terminally ill and the process got put on hold while I took care of my Grandma. Sadly, my Grandma passed. Shortly after Grandma passed, we found out Kahlua(the stray we found), was pregnant. We have fostered before with shelters in San Antonio, but no one was willing to help us since she was pregnant. So my wife and I took on the responsibility to care for this sweet girl and her babies. She had a hard labor and had 11 puppies unfortunately, 2 were still born. She has 9 beautiful healthy puppies. Panu the Pan man is what we call him. He is such a sweet, playful boy who is the first to greet you when you walk through the door with wet kisses. He loves playing with his siblings and loves his cuddles.
