PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU RESPOND.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
Mr. YOW YOW is a very special distinguished gentleman. He was initially a stray tomcat surviving in an apartment complex in Murrieta, California. He was rescued by his current foster family when he showed up in horrible condition. He was swollen with scars and patches of fur missing everywhere.
Because he did not react to being touched, we assume he must have had a family at some point and was left behind. Unfortunately, he was not microchipped or neutered. Once brought into the rescue, we discovered that it took some time for Mr. YOW YOW to recover from his battle wounds.
But once he became healthy, Mr. YOW YOW showed his true colors! He LOVES attention! He comes when called and will sit on your lap for hours. He absolutely loves head pets and will nudge you for those chin scratches. He’ll give some love bites and licks to show you how much he loves you. He goes nuts for wet food and treats too!
Overall, Mr. YOW YOW is a pretty mellow fellow. He loves to relax and lounge around. He is still in the process of learning what play is but enjoys catnip very much. Mr. YOW YOW would do best in a quiet home so he can enjoy his newfound life in peace. He is learning to play and likes to carried (at his own liking of course).
Mr. YOW YOW is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TABBY MIX. He is about 22 months old. In his foster home, he was around other kittens and older cats. He is non-reactive to dogs. He has never been around children.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

MARCH 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at Petsmart between 9 - 10 am to 12 pm - 1 pm. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is at 5 pm - 8 pm. You can call the Petsmart location and find out what time an evening volunteer will be there. There is also a sheet on the cattery door with VISITING HOURS.
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the adoption interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
