Meet Frankie!

Frankie is an adorable 12 year old Chihuahua whose not your typical Chi!!

He’s a very happy, amazing, and silly boy. He loves other dogs , people, and even does well with cats.

In spite of his age Frankie gets around very well on his wobbly knees and skinny legs! He’s just 5 lbs…not a whole lot of weight to carry around!! Frankie is in overall good health other than for his weak knees. He is taking gabapentin and galliprant, which are working wonders for him.

Frank has had a full bloodwork up; all came back perfect. But does have an oral/nasal fistula; he does great on mashed food and sure loves such meals!

Frankie enjoys the company of other dogs, loves to snuggle with them and bury himself under the covers. Given his small size, he can sometimes get lost among his toys and blankets.

He’s in overall good health, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and on year-round prevention; bloodwork looks great!!
