Rambo has a sad story. His owners moved and left him chained to a tree with a broken dog house. He is very smart and learns super quick. He is also a very very sweet dog. He has tons of energy and is always down for some outside time. He is practically scared of everything, including our shelter cat. He shows absolutely no aggression towards anyone or anything! He doesn't know a stranger!
