Penny's pet parent had to surrender because the dog needed more care than she could give. She adopted during the pandemic and wanted to help a dog. Penny pulls to much for her and she has almost fell trying to walk her. Penny has separation anxiety and would do best with a person home all the time. She is spayed and current on vaccines.
