We got Ollie 2 years ago from a guy at work. He was trying to keep his yard nice and she was digging holes in his grass. She was bonded to a larger older female at his home. We have a large back yard with some places that don't grow grass so her digging hole or two wasn't a big deal. I think she does it to have a cool place to lay down since summer is the only time she does it. We took her to the vet and he showed us her tattoo and scanned her to find she has a chip as well. She will be due for a rabies vaccine next spring. She has been inside many nights and never had an accident. She's fairly quiet outside unless a loud harley goes past the house. Not a big barker type dog, in fact she's pretty quiet for a dog. She's 50 lbs and stands about knee high. She needs a fenced in yard. I didn't have much luck walking her, she slipped out of her collar and she took off. One time I left the gate open and she took off. She will run the neighborhood, given the opportunity. She's a herding dog.
