KIMBER is a special 7 month old boy looking for a special home! Little Kimber was abandoned with his litter mates in a rural area. So very sad, his littermates were captured by the pound and euthanized. Kimber was able to escape capture by seeking a safe haven under a house. He was fed and looked after by the neighborhood but no one claimed him as their own. Our partner in Louisiana was able to get him out - and thus began the process of learning trust and love.

Thanks to some wonderful folks, KIMBER (named after his finder, Kimberly) now has a chance at a happy life. He is learning what it is like to live in a home and get the love and attention of people. He is a very shy, submissive but lovable boy, , who needs a family who will be gentle, kind and steady as they introduce him to the idea that life can be good.

His best home will have a fenced in yard, another dog or dogs to show him the ropes and a family who has kindness, patience and understanding with a dog like Kimber.
