Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I'm Radley. I am a one year old, female, red tri Australian Shepherd. Approximately 55 lbs. I am heartworm negative (Yay!), spayed and UTD on all my shots.
I don't really know how I ended up here. One day I was at home with my family and the next thing I knew... Poof! I was in this really loud building, surrounded by weird smells and a bunch of noisy dogs. I am so grateful Australian Shepherds Furever found me. It was really scary in there.
Did I mention I used to have a family? I don't know where they went, though. I tried really hard to be a good girl. I am quiet. I really only speak when spoke to and I am a great conversationalist. I know how to Sit and Down. I even know how to Go-To-Your-Room. My foster mom thinks I spent a lot of time in my room. I don't know if it was a lot, but I am glad I don't have to be in there as much anymore. Now I get to hang out with my foster pack.
I like the new pack. There are 2 dogs, like me! We play tag in the yard and at nap time they share their beds with me. The humans are great, too. I partiularly like the girl. She let's me on her bed for cuddles. I LOVE to cuddle. Sometimes I get so excited about cuddles, my feet come off the floor. I just can't help it. I know it's not polite, so I'm working on it. I am getting much better. Did I mention I know sit?
I know my situation with this pack isn't permenant. I really want a family of my very own. Maybe one with another dog I could play with and kids that are big enough that I won't accidentally knock them over if my feet, accidentally, come off the floor. Or, maybe I could be an only dog. My new family could give me all their attention. We could go to dog parks together, then cuddle up on the couch for movie night. That would be pretty cool.
Did I mention I love to cuddle? I like being outside and running and playing so a fenced yard of my own would be preferred because I like playing in piles of leave and enjoying all the outside has to offer
If you are looking for a new family member who knows sit (and stuff), and loves to cuddle... I'm your girl.
Did I mention I love to go for rides? Here is the application:
