Luna greets everyone she meets with tail wags and happy wiggles. She is 3 years old and weighs 38lbs. Luna has met adults and children of all ages. She loves leash walks and really enjoys doing zoomies in the yard. Luna made friends with every dog she met on her walks, even the neighborhood grouch. She loves to play and can be a little too much play for the littles so a bigger pup to rough house with would be best. Luna learned crate training and quietly sleeps through the night. She gives a huffing throat clear and stands by the door when she needs to go out. Luna loves her food and will happily work for treats. She enjoys cuddling on the couch with people and dogs, enjoys scratches, and generously shares face licks.

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4.
Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
