My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! I’m Sasha, a 5-year-old, 65-pound Lab mix. I’m an affectionate and active girl who is looking for a family that will open up their home and hearts to me. I'm a little shy when I first meet you, but once I get to know you, I'm your best buddy. I’m very social and love playing, swimming and cuddling. I would love to be the only pup in the family so that I get all of your attention. I have been a part of my current family for almost five years and I know it’s with great sadness that they have to leave me behind as they are moving overseas. I am now waiting to start a new chapter of my life in a home full of love.

If you’re interested in meeting me, please go to our website, safepawsrescue.com, and complete the Adoption Application. Our application process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Safe Paws Rescue is a small rescue in St. Petersburg, FL so we accept inquiries from residents in Pinellas County only, please.
