My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Smokey!

Smokey is a gorgeous 17-week-old male Labrador - American Staffordshire Terrier mix hunk of love!!!! He weighs 32 pounds of love and sweetness and he’s an absolute gem of a puppy. He’s incredibly smart and well-behaved, super affectionate, and just wants to love and be loved. Smokey is great with other friendly dogs and he loves, loves, loves children. Smokey was rescued from a backyard breeder, who let the dogs and additional puppies roam the streets and poor Smokey arrived with a leg injury that required major surgery. Who knows what this angel had to endure during his short life, but Smokey is safe and in a loving foster home receiving lots of TLC while recovering from his femur fracture surgery. He will make a full recovery and is looking forward to his happily ever after with his loving forever family. Smokey has received his wellness exam, and the fecal test had his surgery, and will be fully vaccinated and ready for his neuter after 6 months of age.

If you want to meet this hunk of love, Smokey, and experience his sweet disposition, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on all our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.

If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our  pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you  are interested, please visit  www.doggiebonez.com  to see all of our  available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.
