He is deaf, birthday is 4/25/2021, so almost 18 months. This is what his foster says about him:

He is a pretty good dog. He gets along and plays well with our others. He is very gentle with the kids he has been around. He still does jump some but it is getting better Hopefully after today it will improve even more. He is a super energetic dog he will get a ball and play catch with himself if we busy with something else lol. Not one to loaf around. He does well on a leash. He is just very nervous walking in the dark so we always need a flashlight. He took to his crate very well for being outside all the time no barking or issues. He has learned a few signs from my wife in daughter like sit, stay, lay down bedtime.
