This adorable boy was at animal control when we went to pick up another puppy, so of course he couldn't be left behind.

The shelter told us that Norton had been adopted from them a couple of months ago, but was returned because they live in an apartment and thought he was growing to be bigger than they anticipated. They did a nice job with him as he does have nice house manners for such a young pup.

Our vet (who has Shar Peis herself) thinks Norton looks mostly like a Shar Pei mix puppy....definitely a mix since he is wrinkly, but only a little wrinkly. Maybe Shar Pei/Boxer or Shar Pei/Lab -- or we're open to anyone else's thoughts on it Whatever he is, he is SO cute and loves everyone he meets. He is a very affectionate and loving boy.

Norton is house-broken, crate trained, has current vaccinations, and is so ready to have his own family to love. He is four months old and right now he weighs about 18 lbs. He will likely be a medium-sized adult dog. He plays great with dogs of all sizes (12 to 80 lbs) in his foster home, and really loves to be held and snuggled.
