Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jovi!!! She’s as fun and fun-loving as her name would suggest!!
This gorgeous pup is believed to be an American Foxhound, estimated to be a youngster, at about a year old. She’s playful, happy, and energetic!!
Jovi joined BAARK’s Safe House from Southern Illinois; she had been scheduled to be euthanized and we are sure glad we learned about her before it was too late.
Jovi wants to be everybody’s friend!! She loves people and enjoys being the center of attention. She is also good with most dogs and enjoys running and playing with younger canine friends. She might be annoying to a senior.
She knows her basic commands and listens attentively to her person.
Given Jovi is a Hound, she can be quite the barker. She does not bark a lot but, her bark can be very loud and annoying.
An ideal home for Jovi is with a family committed to ensuring she receives the attention, exercise & playtime, and love & affection that she deserves. A work-from-home parent(s) would be most ideal for Jovi!!
A fenced yard along with a young canine brother or sister would be great for Jovi. She would also enjoy outings with her new family, hiking, long walks, car rides. While she enjoys plenty of activity, Jovi also likes to relax and cuddle with her person. She’s overall a well-rounded young girl.
Jovi is up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and on year-round heartworm prevention, spayed and microchipped.
