Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Luisa - do you need a cuddle partner? I'm a lively little girl, shy at first but I love my people. My dad's a German Shepherd, but in my heart of hearts, I know I'm a Lab. I'd much rather cuddle than learn new tricks (but I like the treats). I love water and would be happy to be in a home with a pool so I can swim! I'd like a family with time to be with me at home, so we can sit on the sofa and snooze. I haven't met a lot of children but when we go out I really like them. I'm very gentle with them, I want them to like me!
I greet the morning by dragging my blanket out of my bed with me and then look around for anything else I can carry around. If one of the other dogs chases me, that's extra fun. I spend lots of time playing outside, but I'll sneak away to get extra cuddles from my foster family. Did I mention I love my people? I also love the dogs in my foster home. And I love to chase the cat and bark at him.
I'm a good and patient pup, and I know some commands - sit, down, treat. We have a doggie door at the foster home and I rarely make any mistakes inside the house. I've started learning to go through the agility tunnel, but mainly I'm after the treats. I love food, too.
Luisa will need a home with a yard and an active human to release her puppy energy. Obedience training is a must for socialization and structure.
