Lavish arrives to Minnesota on October 8th and is looking for a home to call her own. She would love it if you would pick her up that day and make her yours. All adoptions have a 7 day trial period to ensure the best fit for dog and human(s). Please note that in order to be considered for adoption the application at the end of this bio must be completed. We choose adopters based on timing of applications as well as best fit.

Lavish is an approximately 2 year old black lab looking for her forever home. She came to rescue as a stray with an embedded collar and 10 very young puppies. She was pretty underweight herself. The puppies have found homes and Lavish is with our rescue partners in foster doing great. She has gained weight but still needs a few more pounds to call her healthy. She is incredibly sweet to everyone she meets- she gets along great with other dogs and loves to play, she has been to community events and enjoys all the attention and likes adults and kids. She met a cat and was fine with it though she hasn’t lived with a cat. She is mostly potty trained if kenneled when left alone or overnight. She is also great in her kennel. She’d enjoy a home with a fenced back yard to run around and someone who wants to take her for walks!
Requirements: No special requirements
Adoption Fee: $500 + tax. This includes neuter/spay, current vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm/tick testing in dogs over 8 months of age, deworming, microchip and current Heartgard and Nexgard preventatives.
