Pax was abandoned, tied to a post in the middle of nowhere, no way to get food or water and at the mercy of the elements. When he was found he was extremely dehydrated and undernourished barely 20#. We do not know what he has been thru, we know he just wants someone to love him. Pax needs a lot of TLC, confidence building, someone to love him and show him not all people are bad.
