This gorgeous gal is the perfect combination of sugar and spice. Her foster mom hasn’t been able to convince her that she’s only 10 pounds. She loves to play rough with the other (much larger) dogs in the house. When her foster mom walks into the room though, she turns on the charm with those big loving eyes and adorable head tilt. But don’t be fooled…..she can not be trusted alone with your food! Pepsi is still working on house training, but she is a very smart girl who learns quickly.
