My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bowie is a 7 year-old Lab mix (including Doberman / Cattle Dog and more). He is about 45 lbs, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative. He is fully and completely housebroken, and is crate trained. He is content sleeping in his crate overnight, but he would also love to sleep in bed with you if you would let him (he loves to be the little spoon!). He walks pretty well on a leash, not leash reactive and very very dog and people friendly. He loves to wrestle and play with dog friends, although he does best with medium to large dogs. His biggest problem is that he is a goofy and clumsy lab who doesn't always know his size. For this reason, he would be best suited in a home with older children/no children and larger dogs.

He is super affectionate, loves walks, hikes, and to play fetch. Has been through numerous dog training classes and understands concepts like 'wait' at thresholds as well as common commands like sit, down, shake. He's a really good boy who would love to be part of the family.

Fostered in Muskego, WI.
Adoption fee $300.
