Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone! 🐾
I'm Amarissa, Rissa for short.
I am under 6 months and weigh less than 50 lbs. I don't think I will get much larger 💗
I had leg/hip issues when I was younger but I am perfectly healed now! I am a very loving and trainable pup. I know sit, lay down, shake, twirl and bark. I am crate trained and very food motivated. I play better with bigger pup friends and would fare better in a house without small children. I tend not to know my size and strength. I will make a wonderful addition to a calm home, with owners who will take the time to continue training me and keeping me active. I enjoy walkies, learning new tricks, toys and snuggling with my humans. I am a total sweetheart.
I will need to complete two heat cycles before getting spayed. Which is very important to note for my new owners! Paw Paws Pet Rescue will make sure I get spayed when the time comes which is part of my adoption fee!
I do need some more obedience training to be that perfect pup you dream of. I really like my people, my toys, and my food and I'm not sure how to share just yet. Resource guarding can be trained out though! I've done so well learning my other tricks. 💗
I hope you can give me a chance 🥰
