Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mina is an incredibly sweet girl who has never let her rough past get in the way of her love for humans. She was rescued by a partner in Mexico from a severely neglectful situation, covered in ticks, starved, and missing patches of fur. With medical attention and foster care, she was able to recover and put her best paw forward. Mina loves to cuddle and give kisses, and gets along very well with other dogs and cats. As long as she's getting attention, her tail will always be wagging! We are looking for her furever family to give her all the love she deserves and be rewarded with an amazing companion!
