My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snickers: 10 (or less) yr old chocolate/tan female, spayed, docked tail and natural ears. 12.5 lbs. Shots up-to-date. Owner passed away.
"Hi, my name is Snickers. My foster mom calls me "Snickerdoodle". Are you looking for a best friend? Well here I am and I am looking for a best friend too. I was told I am 10 yrs old but the vet thinks I am younger. I can tell you I feel and act young. I love to play with my toys; especially stuffed toy that squeak or the occasional sock. My favorite thing to do is grab my toys and shake the life out of them. The recent snow was a delight. All the other dogs sat in the house shivering. Not me-I ran and jumped though it. How does a dog make a snow angel? I tried. I am a great little dog who loves to play and I get along well with other dogs. I also love to cuddle on the couch with you and watch a movie. I was quite a bit overweight but with good nutrition I have slimmed down nicely. Eventually I will be down to my perfect weight of 8-9lbs. I am house trained and do really well on a leash. I am always up for a car ride to take in all the sites. I still have a lot of years and a lot of love to give. Won't you consider giving me a forever home? I think you should fill out an application for me!"

IMPS is a non-profit rescue organization that does not have a viewing facility to which you can come and view the dogs available for adoption. All of our MinPins are in loving homes in foster care. In order to meet the MinPin you are interested in, arrangements can be made with the foster parent, however, it is a requirement that the application be completed first.

If you wish to apply, please fill out the Potential Home Questionaire. Also, please visit our website, www.minpinrescue.org to see all of our available Minpins nationwide.
