Lexi's adoption donation is $400 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, dhlpp, bivalent canine influenza, and bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention, as well as flea prevention. Lexi has also had a dental cleaning and surgery to remove bladder stones. She will require a home with a strong, verifiable veterinary history.
Lexi came into rescue through no fault of her own when her owner's life circumstances changed. She has been a dream to have in the rescue. Lexi has adapted well and continues to make progress with her foster sibling. She does well on housetraining if kept on a schedule. Lexi is on a special food to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones and she has done very well on this food and will most likely remain on this food permanently. She loves to go for walks every day and has really blossomed while in rescue so a home with a regular walker would be ideal for Miss Lexi.
