Age: approximately 13 years

Lucy is a cute cat who enjoys a simple life: sleeping on her pillow, eating wet food and rolling around in cat nip. She is spayed, front declawed, fully vaccinated and recently had her yearly health check with bloodwork - she is a healthy gal!

Lucy lost her home when her owner moved to a senior apartment building and could not bring her along. This has been very difficult for Lucy and she feels as though her life has turned upside down. Lucy's owner describes her as a sweet and loving cat who was shy around new people.

Lucy will need a quiet home that will give her the time she requires to settle in. Given her sensitive nature, this could take a bit of time. It can be stressful for Lucy if she is approached before she is comfortable and she can swat and hiss if overwhelmed. A home that can let her come for attention when she is ready would be her choice.
