Hello, Hello! We’re Cece and Nellie and we are happy, happy to meet you! What’s better than one Chocolate? Two! We are a 5 year old, female pair of Chocolates, looking for a family we can love as much as we love each other!
We were found as strays, surviving in the woods and taking care of each other, and now we are ready for a life where we can take care of you! We’re that kind of pair! We are very affectionate, friendly, and social; we want to please and, really, we just want to be loved. And we’re kind! We are confident, happy, and really even-tempered. We love walks, and are learning to walk great on leashes! Oh, you should know we are so smart! I guess you have to be to have survived as strays, but we’ll impress you with how quickly we learn!
Why is twice the chocolate the best? Well, if you are busy, don’t worry about us – we are great at entertaining ourselves! We love to play together and groom each other. We even sleep in the same bed and eat out of the same bowl! We are housebroken and very quick learners - we learned all the indoor manners in two days!
As much as we are similar, we don’t do everything together, Cece loves spending time outside in the yard, but Nellie is happy to wait in the house. We both love walks though! We love seeing the sights, smelling the smells, and meeting all the people. (Cece here- Nellie isn’t so sure about seeing other dogs while out on the leash, so she may need time and introductions. I told her they’re fine but she says she needs a proper introduction and some time to be sure.). When we see people, we don’t bark, or jump, or do any of that unacceptable behavior – you’d be proud to have us next to you around town!
