Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rio was adopted from the Wilco Animal Shelter in July. She'd been hit by a vehicle and found on the side of the road by Animal Control near Leander. She had no identification on her. The shelter implanted a microchip on intake. She is on pain medication, but I'm weaning her off them. She runs, jumps, and potties with no problems. I was told that she wouldn't be able to raise her tail, but she raises it high now. She loves playing with other dogs that come to visit. The shelter and the vet say that she is 3 years old. Others have told me I'm lucky if she's 2 years old. She is extremely active and needs someone that is very energetic and loves the outdoors. She wants to play most of the time. She loves to give kisses and to have her tummy rubbed. If she doesn't have other dog(s) to play with, she would love to have an older rambunctious kid or an adult to play with.
