King Arthur is actually an owner surrender. They did not give much information other than it was no longer a good time for them to have a dog. We have worked in here with our other small dog group and he has done wonderfully! He's very special and loves to be held! He will do anything for your attention. He is crate trained and was sterilized before he was surrendered. He is a wonderfully sweet boy who is more than ready to meet his forever family 💖
