Hank turned up at my niece’s house in April. They tried very hard to locate his family but no one claimed him. Due to his large size and their financial restrictions, he came to us on Sunday October 2nd. We brought him home and he was absolutely perfect. He was fast friends with all of our 11 other dogs (ranging from 3lbs to 90lbs). He would even tuck tail and hide behind me if one of them barked at him. He loves sitting on the couch and snuggling with us, sleeping in bed with us, and he gives great hugs. He is potty trained with a couple marking incidents. He has an appointment with our vet to get neutered and updated on all shots on 10/13. We estimate him to be about 9-12 months old and 65 lbs. We think he is mixed with a larger breed. The only reason we have to rehome him is that on Thursday 10/6 he started chasing and has since killed two of our cats. Even jumping our 3ft fence to get to them. We are afraid that if he kills someone else’s cat, we will be forced to euthanize him.
